I know it is hard. It is hurting. It is painful. But have you ever think, do you want to feel the pain now in the world, or in the hereafter (akhirat) ? I surely you want to be happy in the hereafter right? Everybody does.
This is jihad. Jihad to fight with our own nafs. Every little efforts that we did to fight with our nafs will be paid off InsyaAllah. Allah counts.
